How do I activate my card and access my funds?
You will have received an email with your account number and details to login to the account portal.
If you have not received this email, please contact us on Telephone 1-800-659-1796 between the hours of : 8.30am - 6pm GMT Monday to Friday, and 8.00am - 4pm GMT Saturday, excluding UK Public Holidays or send an email to email@example.com.
After you have accessed the portal go to my cards page and click the activate button next to the relevant card image.

How do I retrieve my PIN?
To retrieve your pin either:
Log into your online, click Profile and then retrieve pin.

Do I need to sign an agreement?
No, by activating your card you have agreed to the terms and conditions of the card account. Terms and Conditions are available via your online account, and on this website.
Is an Actorcard Visa Debit card the same as a debit card or credit card?
No. The Actorcard payment card is a fixed pre-paid account with no overdraft facility. Once you have spent the amount loaded to your account the account becomes inactive. The card offers all the features of any Visa debit card and can be used anywhere displaying the Visa acceptance marks. Your online account will show you your balance and transition details.
When can I start using my card?
You can start using your card as soon as it has been activated and funds have been loaded onto the card.
What can I do with my online account?
You can view your account balance and transactions.
Can I pay bills using my card?
Yes, you can make payment to any organisation who accept Visa card payments.
How quickly are funds available in my account?
Once you have activated your card, your funds will be available immediately.
Can I use my card abroad?
You can use your card globally, wherever you see the Visa acceptance mark. Your Actorcard Visa card has a very competitive foreign exchange rate.
What if my card is lost or stolen?
If you lose your card or it is stolen, or you suspect that your PIN or password is known to an unauthorised person, you must tell us immediately either by logging on to your e-account to notify us or by calling us on +44 1756 693 275.
Your Prepaid Card will immediately be cancelled and we will arrange for a new card to be sent to you. There may be a charge for reissuing the card and PIN. If you subsequently find the card, please don’t use it - cut it in half through the signature box, magnetic strip and CHIP.
